You're welcome to refer anyone as part of our scheme, there's no set criteria to meet. This could be a peer who struggles to answer the phone, or a friend who's looking for a live chat solution. The only thing we do ask is that you don't try to refer yourself.
Just provide us with the name, company name and contact details of your referral, along with your own email address so we can confirm when your chosen reward has been made.
No. The more people you introduce, the more rewards you’ll receive!
Yes you can! In the spirit of complete transparency, the maximum discount for any successful referral is capped at £250 and it is only your subscription that will be free: extras including 24/7 or out-of-hours support and additional calls and chats are chargeable at normal rates.
Once your referral has been on board with Moneypenny for 3 months, we'll apply your free month’s subscription, email you your e-gift card, or be in touch about donating to your charity.
We'll notify you as soon as someone you've introduced joins Moneypenny as a client.
Our referral scheme applies to all of our dedicated Telephone Answering, Outsourced Switchboard, Live Chat and Bespoke Customer Teams services. All other products, including Clever Numbers, Pocket Phone System and Digital Switchboard, are not eligible.
If you refer more than one person in a month, your discount will roll into subsequent months. Just a note, for clients on a 150 scheme and below, it is only your subscription that will be free - extras including 24/7 support or additional calls and chats will be charged for as normal. Additionally, the maximum discount for any successful referral, regardless of your monthly subscription fee, will be £250.
